Ambassador Program

What ambassadors do, who the program is built for, what is actually published about rewards, and everything the single application form asks you for.

Athlete Narrative is more than an app. It is a movement to change how recruiting works for families everywhere.

As an ambassador, you can share the system with other athletes and parents in your community and earn rewards along the way.

Ambassadors become part of the mission to make recruiting simpler, smarter, and more accessible. Partner with us, spread the word, and help other families take control of their athlete’s future.

What an ambassador does

The job is the sentence above: share the system, and spread the word. Ambassadors are the people already standing where families are — club directors, trainers, team parents, coaches, program organizers — who put Athlete Narrative in front of athletes who would otherwise never hear about it.

The application asks for an access code you choose yourself, six digits long. That code is how the athletes and families you bring in are recognized as yours.

Who the program is built for

Three of the application’s required fields tell you who it expects. It asks for your organization. It asks how many athletes are in your network. And it asks who referred you — an existing ambassador, or an organization — with no option to answer “nobody”.

Read together, that describes someone who already has a community and a connection into the program, rather than someone starting from a standing start. If you have the community but not the referral, get in touch before you apply.

What ambassadors get

Two things are published about compensation, and we are not going to invent a third.

  • You “earn rewards along the way” for sharing the system in your community.
  • Compensation is paid, not credited — the application requires tax information before it can be released. In its own words: “Upload W-9 (or other tax info) in order to be compensated. Payment cannot be completed until this is in place.”

No rate, percentage, tier or threshold is published anywhere, so none is stated here. Ask what the terms are before you apply, and get the answer in writing.

What the application asks for

The ambassador application is a single form. Have these ready before you start:

  • Your name, phone, email and mailing address.
  • Your organization, and your sports of expertise or interest.
  • Who referred you — an existing ambassador or an organization.
  • How many athletes are in your network.
  • An access code you choose yourself: exactly six numbers.
  • A logo or image, as a PNG, JPEG or JPG.
  • A few words on what you love about Athlete Narrative.
  • Your Instagram handle, for collaboration and tagging.
  • A W-9 or other tax information. In the application’s own words: “Upload W-9 (or other tax info) in order to be compensated. Payment cannot be completed until this is in place.”
