Matthew has spent his career in the fitness world, including opening, owning, operating and consulting on gyms across America. Matthew has been married to his wife Emily since 2004. They have 3 kids, one son and 2 twin daughters. Matthew is passionate about fitness, family and soccer. Matthews holds many roles at Athlete Narrative but his primary focus is advising the leadership team.

Founder/Chairman

Andrew has spent his career in the Banking and Finance industry. Since 2006 Andrew was regularly one of the top producing Loan Officers in the nation while also leading a large branch. Andrew is an experienced Real Estate investor, author and leader. Andrew has been married to his wife since 2004 and they have 3 children together, two sons and one daughter. Andrew is passionate about growth, travel, spirituality, his family and helping others.  Andrew holds many roles at Athlete Narrative but his primary focus is on big picture planning and advising.

Brian has spent his career in the Banking and Finance industry. Since 2007 Brian was regularly one of the top producing Loan Officers in the nation while also being the VP of a Mortgage Bank and running one of the highest producing branches in the North West. Brian is an experienced Real Estate Investor, Author and Leader. Brian has been married to his wife since 2007 and together they have 3 children, two girls and one boy. Brian has a deep passion for his family, spirituality, travel, fitness and leading. Brian has many roles at Athlete Narrative but his primary role is the lead the organization from the inside and run Athlete Narrative.

VP Operations

David has spent the majority of his career in various levels of leadership, business ownership and operations. With a focus on people and process development, he believes that power comes from authenticity and good communication. His education and experience combine conflict resolution, intercultural communication, and neuroscience for business. David has been married since 2010, and has 3 children, two girls and one boy. He loves spending time with his family, indoors or outdoors, and loves when they can visit Disneyland during Halloween time. David leads the onboarding team and plays a vital role in helping our athletes and team understand just how much they matter.

VP Marketing / Media

Justin Nagle has a strong background in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Known for his storytelling and brand creation skills, he excels in marketing principles, consumer psychology, and creative content creation, including photography and copywriting. Justin leads with a passion for artistry, fostering an innovative and supportive team environment. He is dedicated to enhancing visibility and opportunities for young athletes through strategic marketing. Outside work, Justin's passion for photography, inherited from his father, enriches his creative marketing approach and gives him an eye for detail.
